BELGRADE - ‘There is no chance that the UN Security Council enforces sanctions against the Republic of Srpska and its President Milorad Dodik. Firstly, Russia would not allow it and China probably as well’, Fedja Starcevic, Serbia Ambassador to the UN told ‘Blic’ shortly ahead of the beginning of the UN SC session which dealt with the crisis in Bosnia/Herzegovina because of the announced referendum.
