The Montenegrin police arrested five people on Thursday morning on suspicion of smuggling skunk cannabis, while another seven were arrested in neighbouring Croatia and Bosnia.

The international operation, carried out in Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, resulted in the arrest of five people in Montenegro, two in Croatia and five in Bosnia, and the seizure of 28 kilograms of the highly potent strain of cannabis. Bulgarian customs officers found 30.5 kilos of heroin in the gas tank of an automobile on Sunday at the country's border with Romania.

BOSILEGRAD -- Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dačić has confirmed that Serbian citizen Goran Nešić is among the persons arrested for drug trafficking in Brazil.
Nešić was in Serbia sentenced to eight years in prison for drug trafficking. The interior minister told reporters in Bosilegrad that Nešić had been hiding abroad under false identities.
“We are expecting latest information from the Brazilian police and this arrest is a result of cooperation between Serbian and Brazilian police,” Dačić stressed. ...more...
