Double schools represents ethnic segregation by another name in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Doris Dragic and Doris Raguz, both 16, attend high school in the town of Stolac in southern Herzegovina. Ironically, the two teenagers attend classes in the same building but they go to different schools.

Dragic studies in a school under the BiH school programme, while her namesake opted to attend a school under the educational programme of neighbouring Croatia. The latter conducts classes in, and studies about, the Croatian language and history....more....

Bosnian Croat Leader Acquitted of all Charges

A marathon legal process against several defendants suspected of involvement in the illegal 1999 privatisation of Eronet Company – including Dragan Covic, leader of Bosnia’s strongest Croat party, ended on Monday, with the court dropping all the charges.

The cantonal court in Mostar has acquitted Dragan Covic, president of the HDZ, and six other members of the Steering Board of the former Croat Post and Telecommunications company, HPT, of abusing their power and authority and illegally transferring shares of Eronet, HPT's mobile telephony subsidiary, to three other private companies in 1999....more....
