Announced for a long time, worn out in numerous unofficial calculations and advertised too much as the new beginning, reconstruction of the Government seems as quite unimportant event only two months later. Vladimir Goati, Director of ‘Transparency Serbia’ says for ‘Blic’ that ‘the reconstruction was a marginal event’.
