BELGRADE -- The historic strategic partnership declaration between Serbia and Russia will make the special nature of the relations between Serbia and Russia official.
This is according to Serbia's Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić, who wrote an article he wrote for International Affairs, a monthly journal issued by the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Mr. Putin came to a country that depends almost entirely on Russia for what’s left of its international standing, especially defense of its sovereign rights over the province of Kosovo and Metohija, occupied since 1999 by NATO and the EU on behalf of the separatist Albanian Muslim administration in Pristina.
