BELGRADE – ‘It is obvious that after winning local election in Bor by the United Regions of Serbia (URS) we got many political enemies. Our coalition partners are afraid, too and are asking themselves what shall happen tomorrow if we managed to win election after only two months of existence. The United Regions of Serbia (URS) has started collecting signatures for peoples’ petition for decentralization of Serbia what means return of property to municipalities and more just distribution of money from tax in favor of cities and municipalities. The URS leader Mladjan Dinkic says in his interview with the ‘Blic’ that even after a year time he does not have a clear answer from partners in the ruling coalition regarding this initiative. ‘That is why I have decided to seek citizens’ support.
