Is the Constitutional Court of Serbia an independent institution? This question is quite logical if one bears in mind that the highest court instance has been prolonging since September last year making of decision which would forbid politicians to occupy two posts. All moves made by this court until so far in this particular case were in favor of political parties and the politics.....more...
