BELGRADE – The old policy by Serbian Government and no understanding of the circumstances which have considerably changed in recent twelve months resulted in boycott of the summit of European leaders in Warsaw by Serbia President Boris Tadic. The USA President Barack Obama shall be an honorary guest at the summit. Sonja Liht, President of the Foreign Policy Council at the Foreign Ministry says that ‘the time has come for change of policy leading into self-isolation’. ...more...
