OKUČANI -- Laying of wreaths and lighting of candles at a memorial for fallen Croat soldiers in Okučani today marked the 16th anniversary of Operation Flash. The attack in Western Slavonia in 1995 left more than 280 Serbs killed and about 15,000 expelled.
