Goran Hadzic is the last top commander of wartime forces still at large from the original list of 161 people indicted for war crimes
 The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia wants Hadzic,  52, to face accusations of wholesale slaughter of Croats in the Balkan wars.  
The former president of the self-proclaimed Serb republic of Krajina - an area  seized by rebel Serbs who opposed Croatian independence - disappeared from his  home in Serbia in July 2004, a month after the UN tribunal issued its indictment  against him.....more....
