The EU mission in Kosovo is urging local and international judges and prosecutors to use their powers to confiscate suspected criminals' assets during corruption and organised crime trials.

The EU rule-of-law mission, EULEX, says that greater use of powers to confiscate illegal assets is an important way to fight organised crime and corruption.
