The Montenegrin police arrested five people on Thursday morning on suspicion of smuggling skunk cannabis, while another seven were arrested in neighbouring Croatia and Bosnia.

The international operation, carried out in Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, resulted in the arrest of five people in Montenegro, two in Croatia and five in Bosnia, and the seizure of 28 kilograms of the highly potent strain of cannabis. Two of the persons arrested in Bosnia are border police officers.....more....
