As Serbia delays the start of the fifth round of Belgrade-Pristina talks, the Kosovo side suggests that Belgrade just doesn't want to sign any firm agreements.

The fifth round of Belgrade-Pristina talks scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday has been postponed as a result of procedural issues, Milivoje Mihajlovic, head of the Serbian government's information bureau, told Balkan Insight.
