In a reference to German recognition of Kosovo as an independent state, Secretary of State at the German Foreign Ministry, Werner Hoyer, told Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Bozidar Djelic that borders – as seen by Germany – “are a reality that no one should question” and that recognizing the territorial integrity of “neighboring states” was a precondition for EU enlargement.....more....
