‘Relations between the State and rich people in Serbia are far from good and they have to be changed since such situation is not good for any side. I am afraid that the change I am talking about is not going to be made easily or rapidly. I think that communication is absolutely necessary. We have to try to direct capital of rich people to mutual benefit.
