The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, ICTY, has upheld its conviction of French journalist and author Florence Hartmann for contempt of court.
Hartmann was found guilty in September 2009 of disclosing confidential information from two Appeals Chamber decisions, and fined 7,000 euros.....more....
