Accused war criminal Ratko Mladic was removed from a courtroom at The Hague on Monday after refusing to enter a plea and then disturbing the proceedings.

“You are not giving me a lawyer. You are no court. You won’t even let me breathe,” Mladic charged, interrupting Judge Alphons Orie as he started reading the indictment.
