GDP growth slowed in the first quarter of this year but remained firm, the National Institute of Statistics, INSTAT, announced on Tuesday.

Albania's GDP growth stood at 3.4 per cent in the first quarter of 2011, down from 5.4 per cent registered in the fourth semester of 2010, INSTAT said....more....
