WITH the Arab world in flames it is hardly surprising that the current crisis in Bosnia has had no foreign coverage at all. That doesn't make it any less of a crisis. A new war is not about to break out, but no one completely rules out the possibility that political conflict could eventually spill over into violence. “Everyone had better get ready for worst-case scenarios,” says one diplomat.....more...
