Belgrade team head on second round of talks

26 March 2011 12:42 Source: B92 BELGRADE, BRUSSELS -- The second round of talks between Belgrade and Priština will begin on Monday, March 28 in Brussels. Birth, death and marriage registries, electricity and customs issues will be on the agenda.
