Following a temporary production suspension in the jointly owned Croatian-Slovenian nuclear power plant Krsko on Wednesday, the leader of the opposition Freedom Party of Austria (FPO), Heinz-Christian Strache, called for shutting down the plant and vetoing Croatia's accession to the European Union should the country insist on keeping the plant operational, the Austrian news agency APA reported....more...
