The Parliament approved a no-confidence motion on Tuesday, bringing down the government that led Kosovo to independence from Serbia in 2008. Early elections must now be held within 45 days. “Your vote is a new beginning for the state of Kosovo,” Prime Minister Hashim Thaci told lawmakers before the balloting.
