Tadic: Serbia can become EU candidate by end of 2011

Serbian President Boris Tadic said Saturday in Brussels that Serbia can get EU candidate status by the end of the year and then start accession talks – a one-way road to membership in the Union, which would mean safety and a better life for the Serbian people.
