A former director of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, Vinko Mladino, was again arrested on Wednesday, nine days after he was released from custody in which he had been placed in November 2010 on the suspicion that he signed contracts with the Fimi Media marketing firm owned by Nevenka Jurak, whereby he siphoned money from public companies and government ministries, and that he also defrauded the Fund by favouring the private "Odlagaliste Sirovina" company....more...
