Croatia Asks Serbia to Hand Over Dubrovnik Shelling Suspect

Croatia asked Serbia on Friday to extradite the wartime Bosnian Serb mayor Bozidar Vucurevic, who is charged with war crimes against civilians during the shelling of Dubrovnik.
