A new deal gives e-Bay a majority share in the Turkish online marketplace. Also in business news: Serbia will give Telekom Austria until May 3rd to improve its bid for Telekom Srbija.
The online market eBay will acquire a 93% stake in the Turkish online marketplace GittiGidiyor under a deal announced on Tuesday (April 12th). It has had a minority stake in the Turkish firm since 2007. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. ...more...
