Tirana takes the reins through the end of the year. In other business news, Bulgaria and Russia agree to extend talks on the Belene nuclear plant project, and Romania gets a credit rating upgrade from Fitch's.
Albania took over the rotating presidency of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation (PABSEC) at a ceremony in Kiev on Sunday (July 3rd). Over the next six months, Albanian Parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli will chair the organisation.
