THE HAGUE -- The Secretariat of the Hague Tribunal appointed Branko Lukić as Ratko Mladić's chief attorney before the Hague, the Tribunal released on Friday.
By the decision of Senior Legal Officer Ken Roberts, Lukić was appointed as Mladić's attorney for the period of 120 days so that he would not be deprived of the right to legal representation until the Secretariat checks whether the defendant has the resources to pay for the lawyer's services himself....more...
